Product Composition
The hydraulic HDPE butt‑fusion welding machine is composed of four core assemblies: machine frame (trolley), facing trimmer, heating plate, and hydraulic power unit integrated with the control system.
Equipped with robust pipe clamps, the machine frame ensures precise alignment of pipe ends. The facing trimmer and heating plate are responsible for precision pipe‑end facing and heating respectively, whereas the hydraulic power unit delivers driving force and operational control for the whole machine.
