Product Composition

The hydraulic HDPE butt fusion welding machine mainly consists of four core assemblies: machine frame (trolley), facing trimmer, heating plate, and hydraulic power unit with control system.
The machine frame is fitted with stable pipe clamps to align pipe ends accurately. The trimmer and heating plate perform precision facing and heating respectively, while the hydraulic station provides power and operational control.
