After operator’s entering basic data on the touch screen of control panel (EX. pipe OD , SDR ,welding angle ,pipe material) ,calculations about welding pressure ,time and temperature can be made automatically.
<DVS2207-1> serving as system-default welding standard ,moreover ,customized welding standard available.
After operator’s confirmation on the pipe end alignment ,the whole welding process is done automatically ,resulting in a high working efficiency and minimizing the welding failure caused by human factor.
Focus on humanized design and detailed operation reminder enables operator to easily familiar with welding process.
