Application
Suitable for butt welding of plastic pipes and / or fittings made of PE,PP, and PVDF in worksite or workshop.
Advantage
| Basic frame The basic frame supports and centres the plastic pipes with two fixed and two movable clamps. |
| Planning tool It is the tool which clean and smooth the both ends of the pipes before the heating process . With protection device on it. |
| Heating plate The pipe ends will be heated by this heater before the welding process. The setting of the heater will be done by the thermostat on the plates. SDD315 butt welding machine PTFE coated heating element and uniform surface temperature. |
| Automatic controller Real-time data printing , recording function and USB port available. After operator’s entering basic data on the touch screen of control panel (EX. pipe OD , SDR ,welding angle ,pipe material) ,calculations about welding pressure ,time and temperature can be made automatically. <DVS2207-1> serving as system-default welding standard ,moreover ,customized welding standard available. After operator’s confirmation on the pipe end alignment ,the whole welding process is done automatically ,resulting in a high working efficiency and minimizing the welding failure caused by human factor. Focus on humanized design and detailed operation reminder enables operator to easily familiar with welding process. |
