Product Description
Thermofusion Butt Fusion can weld pipes and fittings with material pe pipe, hdpe pipe, simple operation, suitable for any complex working conditions. It consists of basic frame, hydraulics, planer, heating plate, planer and heating plate holder and optional parts.
Feature
1. Suitable for fabricating Elbow, Tee, Y shape(45° and 60° ) fittings of PE PP PVDF in workshop.
nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings.
3. Consists of Basic Frame, Hydraulic Unit, Trimmer, Heater and Electric Control Unit.
4. Removable PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature control system.
5. Electric Trimmer with reversible double cutting edge blades.
6. Hydraulic unit provides welding machine with compressing power.
7. Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.
8. Including the Temperature Controller and Timer, easy to know the time and temperature.
