SDQZD315 Maquina Termofusion is able to weld pipes and fittings with material PE, PP and PVDF, operation easily and suitable for any complex work condition. It Consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planing tool, heating plate, support for planing tool& heating plate, and optional parts
When our Welding Machine welds pipe together with data logger, the welding process is in a semi-automatic way, continuous repeat of the welding cycles and automatic control of preset parameters. Data Logger can store up to 1000 welding cycles and sum them into a encrypted EXCEL file. This report can be transferred to a PC/Laptop through a USB port.

Suitable for butt welding of plastic pipes made of PE, PP and PVDF in worksite or workshop.
Real-time data printing, recording function and USB port available.
After operator’s entering basic data on the touch screen of control panel (EX. pipe OD, SDR ,welding angle ,pipe material) ,calculations about welding pressure ,time and temperature can be made automatically.
<DVS2207-1> serving as system-default welding standard ,moreover ,customized welding standard available.
After operator’s confirmation on the pipe end alignment ,the whole welding process is done automatically ,resulting in a high working efficiency and minimizing the welding failure caused by human factor.
Focus on humanized design and detailed operation reminder enables operator to easily familiar with welding process.
