Operation Specifications of Butt Fusion Pipe Welding Machine

1. Preparation:
Make sure the work area is clean and tidy, free of debris and flammable materials.
Check whether the power supply, hydraulic system and heating plate of the welding machine are normal.
Clean the end face of the pipe to remove oil, dust and oxide layer.
2. Welding operation steps:
Fix the pipe on the fixture of the welding machine to ensure centering.
Use a milling cutter to mill the end face of the pipe to ensure that the end face is flat.
Heat the end face of the pipe to a molten state (usually at a temperature of 210-230℃), and quickly connect after removing the heating plate.
Keep cooling at the specified pressure until the weld is completely solidified.
3. Inspection after welding:
Check the appearance of the welded joint to ensure that there are no bubbles, cracks or deformations.
Perform a pressure test to ensure that there is no leakage at the weld.
