SDD355 Plastic Pipe Welder Machine Consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planing tool, heating plate, support for planing tool & heating plate, and optional parts. SDD355 Plastic Pipe Welder Machine is used in water, gas pipeline.

Hydraulic unit
Connected to the heater and milling cutter via the Hydraulic unit and hydraulically to the host.
Connect the hydraulic unit to the main frame to power the welding of connecting pipes or fittings.
The hydraulic unit can be connected to the data logger. It is completely developed and manufactured in Thailand and exported around the world, which makes our data loggers of the highest quality and best service in the industry.
The oil circuit module in the hydraulic unit is made of aluminum, which is corrosion resistant, light weight and long cycle time.
Use environment of the machine
1.The operation area of the machine should be dry and ventilated, and it should be properly illuminated. It is strictly forbidden to use it in rainy and snowy days or closed places with flammable liquid.
2. Protection of operators
When using this machine, because the surface temperature of the electric heating plate is up to 200 ℃, the milling cutter head and blade are sharp. Operators should wear gloves and avoid wearing loose long sleeve clothes, bracelets, necklaces and other clothing that may be involved by rotating parts. When the machine is started, pay attention to the hands and feet of the operator to avoid entering the moving area to prevent hand and foot injury.
3. Power supply wiring
Plastic Pipe Welder Machine uses 220 V power supply, and the voltage supplied by power grid (or self-contained generator) should be within 220 V ± 10%. Electrical components in the damp will occur leakage trip, so the equipment with leakage protection switch. The pile head with grounding mark on the casing must be connected with a separate grounding device. The cross section of the grounding wire shall be larger than that of the power supply phase line. The grounding device shall be driven in the wet area as far as possible, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 300 Ω. It is strictly forbidden to use metal gas pipeline as protective line.
4. Note:
(1) The electric heating plate plug should be connected to the electric box before the machine is powered on. It is strictly
forbidden to connect the electric heating plate plug to the electric box after the machine is powered on;
(2) The sectional area of the power supply line of the machine shall not be less than 1.5mm2 copper core wire;
The surface temperature of electric heating plate should be higher than 200 ℃;
1. PAYMENT TERMS
We accept 30% TT deposit and 70% balance payment against photo before delivery or 100% TT in advance.
2. LEAD TIME
Usually, we have plenty of stock for SDD355 and below, and keep max. 3units for SDD450 and SDD630. As to SDD800 and above, we'll arrange production according to the actual orders.
3. WARRANTY
2 YEARS. During the warranty period, MM-Tech authorized dealer and SD-Tech will totally cover the responsibility to fix the machine; Claim parts usually could be couriered to clients within 3days since receiveing the claim. Express fee will be borned by SD-Tech.
4. CAN YOU DO CUSTOMIZED DESIGN
YES. SD-Tech has its own design and technical team that can undertake OEM and ODM, but there are quantity requirements, please contact our sales consultant for more information, thank you.
5. CAN YOU PROVIDE TRAINING CLASS ?
1. Customers are welcome to come to our factory for 1-2 weeks of training, in addition to air tickets and hotels, SD-Tech can afford meals and local transportation costs.
2. We can also arrange for technical personnel to fly to the customer's local to do on-site training, for a period of 1-2 weeks, customers bear air tickets, hotels, catering, as well as technical training fees, please contact our sales consultant for details.
3.SD-Tech offers online training in English and Spanish, which requires an appointment in advance.
