SDD355 Plastic Pipe Welder Machine Consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planing tool, heating plate, support for planing tool & heating plate, and optional parts. SDD355 Plastic Pipe Welder Machine is used in water, gas pipeline.

Hydraulic unit

Connected to the heater and milling cutter via the Hydraulic unit and hydraulically to the host.

Connect the hydraulic unit to the main frame to power the welding of connecting pipes or fittings.

The hydraulic unit can be connected to the data logger. It is completely developed and manufactured in Thailand and exported around the world, which makes our data loggers of the highest quality and best service in the industry.

The oil circuit module in the hydraulic unit is made of aluminum, which is corrosion resistant, light weight and long cycle time.

Use environment of the machine

1.The operation area of the machine should be dry and ventilated, and it should be properly illuminated. It is strictly forbidden to use it in rainy and snowy days or closed places with flammable liquid.

2. Protection of operators

When using this machine, because the surface temperature of the electric heating plate is up to 200 ℃, the milling cutter head and blade are sharp. Operators should wear gloves and avoid wearing loose long sleeve clothes, bracelets, necklaces and other clothing that may be involved by rotating parts. When the machine is started, pay attention to the hands and feet of the operator to avoid entering the moving area to prevent hand and foot injury.

3. Power supply wiring

Plastic Pipe Welder Machine uses 220 V power supply, and the voltage supplied by power grid (or self-contained generator) should be within 220 V ± 10%. Electrical components in the damp will occur leakage trip, so the equipment with leakage protection switch. The pile head with grounding mark on the casing must be connected with a separate grounding device. The cross section of the grounding wire shall be larger than that of the power supply phase line. The grounding device shall be driven in the wet area as far as possible, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 300 Ω. It is strictly forbidden to use metal gas pipeline as protective line.

4. Note:

(1) The electric heating plate plug should be connected to the electric box before the machine is powered on. It is strictly

forbidden to connect the electric heating plate plug to the electric box after the machine is powered on;

(2) The sectional area of the power supply line of the machine shall not be less than 1.5mm2 copper core wire;

The surface temperature of electric heating plate should be higher than 200 ℃;
