Work steps

1. Fix the tube on the rack, leaving 5-8cm between the two ends of the tube.

2. Put the milling cutter into the frame, adjust the milling cutter pressure, and cut both pipe ends. When cutting continuously, reduce the cutting pressure and retract the cutter to keep the pipe ends smooth.

3. After the temperature of the welding plate is stable, put it into the frame to weld the pipe, and adjust the welding time and pressure according to the size of the pipe and the environment.

4. Finish the welding, fuse the pipe for the first time, please adjust the pressure according to the pipe size.

5. After the temperature of the welding surface is cooled, remove the pipe from the frame, and the strength of the welded part will be the same as the pipe itself.
