PE Hydraulic Butt Fusion Heating Welding Machine is a device built specifically for connecting polyethylene pipes. It normally consists of three parts: a hydraulic system, a heating plate, and a control panel. The operating idea of this machine is to heat the two ends of the pipe to a given temperature via the heating plate, then butt the two ends together and apply a certain pressure to cause them to melt together under high temperature and pressure to form a strong connection.

Usage steps
1. Clean both ends of the pipe to be connected;
2. Place the pipe on the heating plate and adjust the temperature and pressure of the heating plate;
3. After waiting for the two ends of the pipe to reach the appropriate temperature, butt them together and apply pressure;
4. After waiting for the connection part to cool and solidify, the connection can be completed.
