HDPE Pipes Butt Welding Machines is designed for pipe-to-pipe and pipe butt welding of PE, PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic materials. It can be used in trenches, construction sites and workshops. It is an ideal connection equipment for water and water . Gas supply pipeline.
Feature
1. The disassembly device is specially designed to disconnect the melted pipe end from the heating plate when the heating period expires.
2. The safety switch enables the trimmer to be activated only when it is in the operating position.
3. During the operation, the mechanical lock eliminates the disconnection of the trimmer
4. Movable heating plate, with DuPont high-quality non-stick PTFE coating, and equipped with digital temperature controller
5. The temperature difference on the surface of the heating plate is low, within 5 degrees
6. Built-in large easy-to-read scale pressure gauge, accumulator, pressure regulating valve, swing check valve, high pressure hose and quick connector
7. Oil seal and imported quick connector, fine operation panel, with clear mesh printing characters.
