Use environment of the machine
1.The operation area of the machine should be dry and ventilated, and it should be properly illuminated. It is strictly forbidden to use it in rainy and snowy days or closed places with flammable liquid.
2. Protection of operators
When using this machine, because the surface temperature of the electric heating plate is up to 200 ℃, the milling cutter head and blade are sharp. Operators should wear gloves and avoid wearing loose long sleeve clothes, bracelets, necklaces and other clothing that may be involved by rotating parts. When the machine is started, pay attention to the hands and feet of the operator to avoid entering the moving area to prevent hand and foot injury.
3. Power supply wiring
Plastic Pipe Welder Machine uses 220 V power supply, and the voltage supplied by power grid (or self-contained generator) should be within 220 V ± 10%. Electrical components in the damp will occur leakage trip, so the equipment with leakage protection switch. The pile head with grounding mark on the casing must be connected with a separate grounding device. The cross section of the grounding wire shall be larger than that of the power supply phase line. The grounding device shall be driven in the wet area as far as possible, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 300 Ω. It is strictly forbidden to use metal gas pipeline as protective line.
Working principle
When welding using the HDPE Pipe Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine, first cut the ends of the two pipes into flat faces, and then place them into the jig so that they are aligned. Next, the heating plate is heated to the desired temperature and appropriate pressure is applied to melt the end of the pipe. Once the desired molten state is reached, the heating plate is removed and the pipe ends are quickly joined together to form a strong weld. After welding is completed, the pipe needs to cool for a period of time to ensure the stability of the welded joint.
