This thermal fusion process heats the ends of two HDPE pipes to a molten state (typically 200–270°C), then presses them together under controlled pressure to form a molecular bond as strong as-or stronger than-the original pipe material.

    3. Heating and Melting

    5. Applying Welding Pressure
