Hydraulic Butt Fusion Pipe Welding Machine is suitable for the welding of PP/PE pipes, and is widely used for the welding of water, gas, chemical and other liquid high-pressure pipelines. They are automatic, light, durable and easy to carry.

Feature
The host is equipped with a double clamping device driven by a hydraulic cylinder, and is fixed by a leak-free quick connector. The body can be fixed by the displacement of fasteners, and the pipeline can be welded to the T-tube welding machine.
The hydraulic system is light in weight, easy to maintain, and has an open structure. It is also equipped with a clamp/close control joystick, and a pressure regulating valve provides the correct welding pressure.
The planer is electrically driven by a chain to discharge the shavings outward.
The heating plate is coated with PTFE, equipped with independent digital temperature display, timer, voltmeter, digital temperature controller, protection switch, and supports milling cutter/heating plate.
The main machine is equipped with 4 sets of clamps and blades of different sizes, and 2 hydraulic cylinders. It can easily realize pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-pipe welding.
The heater is coated with Teflon to ensure high-quality fusion. The intelligent thermostat on the electric control box can accurately control the temperature. You can put it on the shelf when you have time.
Hydraulic device with gripper movement control, pressure release button, pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge and accumulator. It can precisely control the pressure of each stage.
An end face machine driven by a motor is used for milling pipe ends. You can put it on the shelf when you have time.
Storage rack and electric control box, which contain voltmeter, thermostat, emergency stop, surface socket, heater and hydraulic device.

A:So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C are available.
