Temperature calibration:
1. Preheating time: Before measuring the temperature, make sure that the heating plate has enough preheating time to reach a stable working temperature.
2. Measurement position: When using a temperature measuring instrument, the measurement point should be selected in the uniformly heated area of the heating plate, and multiple points should be measured to obtain an accurate average temperature.
3. Ambient temperature influence: Avoid calibration in an environment with large temperature fluctuations. Changes in ambient temperature may affect the measurement results.
4. Measuring instrument accuracy: Select a temperature measuring instrument with high accuracy, calibrated and within the validity period.
5. Safety protection: Since the heating plate has a high temperature during operation, wear protective gloves during operation to prevent burns.
Pressure calibration:
1. Pressure sensor installation: Make sure that the pressure sensor is firmly installed, accurately positioned, and in good contact with the pressure-applying component.
2. Zero calibration: Before measuring pressure, perform zero calibration on the pressure measuring instrument to eliminate errors.
3. Apply pressure at a uniform speed: When applying pressure for calibration, try to maintain a uniform speed to avoid excessive pressure fluctuations.
4. Multiple measurements: In order to obtain accurate pressure values, perform multiple measurements and take the average value.
5. Equipment carrying capacity: Be careful not to exceed the maximum pressure carrying capacity of the socket fusion welding machine to avoid damage to the equipment.
