How Does Pipe Fusion Welding Work?
1. Pipe Preparation: Cut pipe ends square and clean thoroughly

3. Facing: Machine-plane both pipe ends to ensure perfectly flat surfaces
4. Heating: Insert heated plate (typically 200–220°C for HDPE) between pipe ends

6. Cooling: Maintain pressure during the cooling phase-never accelerate cooling
7. Inspection: Visually inspect the weld bead for uniformity and completeness
