2. Check the cables: Check the integrity and contact of various cables to ensure that there is no damage, looseness or leakage.
3. Clean consumable parts: Regularly clean and replace consumable parts such as conductive nozzles, nozzles, manifolds, wire feed tubes, wire feed wheels, welding torches (guns).
4. Lubricate parts: Add lubricants to spindle screws, linear guides and other parts, and use appropriate engine oil.
5. Clean welding slag: Clean the welding slag splashed during welding on the trolley and the accordion cover, avoid using air blowing, and use a brush to clean.
6. Check the gas system: Check whether the compressed air pipe and the shielding gas line are leaking to ensure normal gas supply.
Regular maintenance
1. Replace wearing parts: Regularly replace wearing parts such as conductive nozzles, nozzles, manifolds, wire feed tubes, wire feed wheels, welding torches (guns), etc.
2. Clean dust: Regularly clean the dust inside and outside the equipment to keep the inside of the equipment clean.
3. Check the electrical system: Check the wiring parts of the power distribution to ensure good contact, no looseness and rust.
4. Check mechanical parts: Check whether the movement of each moving part is normal. If not, it should be handled in time.
5. Check the cooling system: Ensure that the cooling fan is operating normally, clean the cooling system regularly to prevent heat dissipation due to dust accumulation.
Long-term maintenance
1. System inspection: After the construction of each pipeline project is completed or when it is not used for a long time (more than half a year), ask the manufacturer or professional technical team to carry out system inspection and maintenance.
2. Repair or replace parts: Repair or replace parts and parts that cannot ensure operating performance to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
