1. Heating plate
The maximum temperature of the heating plate can reach 250℃, so the following items must be paid attention to:
①Wear protective gloves
② Pay attention to the safety protection of the operator, the heating plate should be put into the special heating plate bracket after the welding is completed
③The heating plate should be cooled before transportation to avoid fire
④After the welding is completed, put the heating plate in a safe place to avoid accidental contact and burns by outsiders
⑤ Hold the handle when lifting the heating plate
⑥Do not touch the heating plate directly with your body
⑦After the welding is completed, do not cut off the power supply of the heating plate
⑧ Remember not to touch the heating plate with your hands
2. Milling cutter
①Before milling the pipe (piece), make sure that the end surface of the pipe is clean and free of debris to avoid damage to the cutting blade
②After the pipe (piece) is milled, after the milling cutter stops rotating, remove the milling cutter for storage
③ Carry the handle when extracting the cutter head
④The milling cutter head can only be rotated when installed on the welding frame
⑤Do not arbitrarily adjust the micro switch of the milling cutter
3. Hydraulic control box
①Place the hydraulic components horizontally and firmly when working, slowly pressurize to test the drag force of the pipe, and lift the handles on both sides when carrying
②Remember not to place the hydraulic components vertically to avoid oil leakage
③When adjusting this part, follow the relevant regulations of this instruction, such as the instruction manual
4. Rack
①Check the parts/materials to be welded to ensure that they have been accurately clamped on the frame to ensure the welding quality. When heating, the operator should properly stand away from the welding machine
②During welding, if the movable chuck and the fixed chuck come into contact with each other, do not use the main switch of the welder to stop the machine, just move the pressure adjustment lever to open the chuck
③When transporting the rack, make sure that the fixtures are tightly secured to avoid falling off
