The third is that the external power supply is undervoltage and the power cord is laid too long, causing the current of the electric welding machine to fail to rise. The external power connection must be checked and laid from scratch.
The fourth reason is that the power supply cannot work normally according to the set parameters. The segment current parameter is set too low. The method is to first increase the segment current parameter less than 30s, and then continue to weld the normal parameters
Fifth, the welding is abnormal. The heating element of the PB pipe is short-circuited, and the welding can be stopped and cooled before welding
Sixth, it shows that the output circuit is open, the resistance value exceeds the lower limit, and the PE pipe fitting is abnormal. Check P8 pipe fittings, replace pipe fittings from the beginning for welding
Seventh, the welding process is abnormal, and the connecting column heats up; the copper cap of the output wire is aging. Correct the copper cover or replace with new accessories from the beginning.
Eighth, the cause of overcurrent and overvoltage is the problem of the external power supply. The external power supply must be checked and connected from the beginning.
Ninth, the motor works, but the hydraulic push is invalid because the hydraulic oil has no nominal direction. You can check the hydraulic oil and choose regular hydraulic oil to replenish it.
