1. Power Off Operation: First, turn off the power to the equipment to ensure safety.
2. Loosen the Locking Nuts: Use a wrench or screwdriver to loosen the locking nuts at both ends of the wire feed rollers.
3. Adjust the Pressure: Change the pressure by rotating the adjusting bolt. Clockwise rotation increases the pressure, and counterclockwise rotation decreases it. Excessive pressure will damage the welding wire, while insufficient pressure will cause slippage and unstable wire feeding.
4. Testing and Fixing: Turn on the power and observe whether the wire feeding is smooth and even. After confirming that it is correct, tighten the locking nuts to complete the adjustment.
Note: Different materials and diameters of welding wire require matching wire feed rollers (e.g., steel rollers for carbon steel, ceramic rollers for flux-cored wire). Be careful during adjustment to avoid electric shock or burns.
