1. Check the power supply of the welding machine
2. The quick connector should be wiped before connecting (use kerosene or gasoline, and then dry it with a clean cloth); if it is no longer used, be sure to cover it with a protective cover to prevent sand or dust from entering the hydraulic system and cause oil circuit blockage .
3. After checking that the system pressure is zero, the quick connector of the oil pipe can be removed.
4, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system is replaced once when the machine is used for 4000 hours (at least once a year).
5. Check whether the pressure gauge is running well (the pointer should move slowly).
6. Check the thickness cut by the milling machine (preferably less than 0.2mm).
7. Check whether the blade is good and sharp.
8. After each welding, when the heating plate is still hot, use clean cotton fabric to wipe the surface of the heating plate;
9. Check whether the surface of the heating plate is in good condition, and no deep scratches are allowed;
10. Use a standard thermometer to measure the temperature, and check whether the heating plate, thermostat and thermometer work well;
11. After the heating plate is connected to the power supply, the heating work can be carried out only after reaching the set temperature and stabilizing within the allowable error range;
12. Do not use the device in a wet environment, check whether gloves, shoes and other protective equipment and the device itself are always in a dry state;
13. Avoid using the equipment in places with flammable gas, smoke or dust.
14. When the work is over or the work is interrupted, check whether the power supply is cut off.
