1. PE tube preheating stage
Fix the welding machine tools and both ends of the pipe, and start the welding machine to preheat the ironing board.
2. Heating stage
Adjust the temperature of the welding machine to between 200°c-230°c.
3. The next step is to remove the heating plate:
This stage is also used to remove the heating plate to facilitate better contact of the surfaces to be welded, so the shorter the time during this process, the better.
4. Welding stage:
This process is a process in which the weld of the PE pipe mouth is melted and then welded to each other.
5. Cooling stage:
After the end of the pe pipe welding machine, remember not to move the pipe immediately for the next step, and be sure to wait until the pipe is completely cooled before moving.
During the operation, because the welding temperature is quite high, relevant protection work should also be done to avoid burns.
