From the perspective of development trends, the use of thermal welding is the mainstream.
Tests prove that pipe fittings made of different grades of special polyethylene pipe materials can be connected by hot melt. However, because the domestically produced polyethylene pipe fittings often use materials that are not fully compliant with the standard pipe special materials, it is recommended to go through tests and inspections before using different brands and batches of polyethylene pipe fittings for hot-melt connection.
The process and equipment of the hot-melt connection of the polyethylene piping system are relatively simple, but in order to further ensure the quality, the quality of the hot-melt connection is still to be inspected by ultrasonic.
