Electrofusion Pipe Welding Machine is suitable for connecting PE pipes and pipe fittings with joints for gas and water supply.
Working principle
Electrofusion welding is a method of connecting HDPE and other plastic pipes with special fittings. These fittings have built-in electric heating elements to weld the joints together. Clean the pipe to be connected, insert it into the electrofusion fitting, and apply voltage within a fixed time according to the fitting used. Then, the built-in heater coil melts the inside of the fitting and the outside of the pipe wall, welding them together to form a very strong uniform joint. Then cool the components for the specified time. The welding heat and time depend on the type and size of the accessory.

1. This machine is a dedicated full-automatic electrofusion welding machine for welding PE/PP pipes and fittings, and it is also suitable for welding PE steel mesh skeleton pipes.
2. The panel adopts effective value (imported special chip) for detection and control, and is not affected by voltage fluctuations.
3. The signal detection channel is completely adjusted by digital potentiometer and digitally calibrated, which completely eliminates the impact of vibration caused by transportation.
4. This machine can complete 6-segment welding, and the data will be stored on site. The 6-segment can store 250 welding records separately. The USB data interface allows you to store and print real-time fusion record information.
5. It has many advanced functions, such as barcode scanning for pipeline information, automatic testing, machine soft start, etc.
6. In order to meet the needs of on-site construction, reduce the weight and volume as much as possible to facilitate carrying during the handling process.
