Instructions for use
1. Coating die head
Place the welding machine on the support, select the die head according to the diameter of the pipe, and then fix it on the machine. Usually, the little end is at the front and the big end is at the back.
2. Boot
Turn on the power (make sure the power supply is equipped with a leakage protector), the green and red lights are on, wait until the red light goes out and keep the green light on, indicating that the machine has entered the automatic temperature control mode and the machine can be used.
Note: In automatic temperature control mode, the red and green indicator lights will turn on and off alternately, which indicates that the machine is under control and will not affect operation.
3. Fusion tube
Cut the pipe vertically with a cutter, push the pipe and fittings into the die head, do not rotate. Remove them immediately after reaching the heating time (see the table below) and insert
