Feature
1. Designed for in-plant fabrication of PE, PP and PVDF pipe fittings, including elbows, tees and Y-type branches (45° & 60°).
2. Adopts an all-in-one integrated structure. Simply swap dedicated fixture clamps to produce different types of fittings.
3. Standard assembly includes main frame, hydraulic power pack, facing trimmer, heating plate and electrical control cabinet.
4. Detachable PTFE-coated heating plate equipped with an independent temperature regulating system.
5. Electric facing trimmer fitted with reversible double-sided cutting blades.
6. Hydraulic power unit supplies stable clamping force for fusion welding.
7. Low initial working pressure guarantees consistent welding results for small-diameter pipes.
8. Built-in temperature controller and welding timer allow real-time monitoring of heating temperature and cycle time.
