This 90-315mm HDPE pipe thermofusion welding machine, made of aluminum, features a removable PTFE-coated heating plate with precise temperature control and a hydraulic unit for reliable welding. It supports PE, PP, and PVDF materials, operates at temperatures between -5~45℃, and includes CE and ISO certifications, ensuring compliance with international safety standards and enabling global market access.
Feature
1. Suitable for fabricating Elbow, Tee, Y shape(45° and 60° ) fittings of PE PP PVDF in workshop.

3. Consists of Basic Frame, Hydraulic Unit, Trimmer, Heater and Electric Control Unit.
