Standard Working Process
1. Clamp and fix two sections of HDPE pipes on the rotary fixture, align the pipe ends accurately
2. Start the milling planer to plane the two pipe end faces until they are completely fitted without gaps
3. Put in the constant temperature heating plate, heat the pipe end to the specified melting temperature according to pipe wall thickness
4. Quickly take out the heating plate, drive the hydraulic cylinder to fuse the two molten pipe ends under set pressure
5. Keep constant pressure for natural cooling, finish welding and take out the workpiece to obtain integrated pipe fittings
