This butt thermofusion welding equipment is engineered for connecting PE and HDPE pipes and matching plastic fittings. Boasting straightforward operation, it delivers steady performance under all kinds of tough working scenarios. The full set is composed of a main rack, hydraulic power assembly, facing cutter, heating plate, dedicated supports for the cutter and heater, as well as customizable optional attachments.

1. Designed for factory prefabrication of PE, PP and PVDF molded parts, such as elbows, tees and 45°/60° Y-joint fittings.
2. Integrated all-in-one framework; users only need to swap out customized fixture jaws to manufacture various special-shaped fittings.
3. Standard configuration covers main frame, hydraulic station, trimming machine, heating plate and electrical control system.
4. Detachable heating plate coated with PTFE material, equipped with an independent temperature regulation module.
5. Motor-driven trimming tool fitted with reversible double-sided cutting blades for even surface planing.
6. Hydraulic power supply offers stable compression force throughout the welding process.
7. Low initial clamping pressure guarantees consistent welding results when processing small-diameter pipes.
8. Built-in temperature regulator and timing counter enable real-time monitoring of heating temperature and fusion duration.
