Product composition of SDD160 Manual HDPE Pipe Jointing Machine

The main machine has a double-sided double chuck device, and its function can be realized by two hydraulic cylinders. Equipped with leak-free quick connector. The main body can be moved and fixed by the position of the gusset plate to realize the welding of the straight welded pipe and the T pipe fitting.

The hydraulic system is light in weight, with an open structure for easy maintenance, and is equipped with a chuck on/off control lever. Pressure control valve provides accurate welding pressure.

The plane cutting machine works through the electric chain to realize the outward cutting.

The heating plate is coated with PTPE, with a split temperature digital display, equipped with a timer, a voltmeter, a digital display control switch, a set of safety protection switches and two powder sockets.

The milling cutter/heating plate holder comes with a storage box to protect the flat knife and the heating plate. It also comes with a wooden delivery box to take care of the equipment.
