Work steps
Step 1: Preparation
When using the SDD450 HYDRAULIC HDPE PE Fusion Welding Machine, you need to prepare the materials required for welding, including HDPE pipes, welding rods, welding sleeves, cleaning agents, etc. At the same time, the welding site needs to be cleaned, dustproof, waterproof, fireproof and other preparations to ensure that the welding site is dry and clean, and smoking, open flames and other operations at the welding site are strictly prohibited.
Step 2: Sand the Pipe
Before welding, both ends of the pipe need to be ground flat with a grinding tool to ensure the firmness and quality of the welded connection. At the same time, the welding area needs to be cleaned to remove dirt, grease, etc. on the surface of the pipe.
Step 3: Cut the Material
Cut the material to be welded to a suitable length and make both ends flat to facilitate welding.
Step 4: Hot melt welding
Insert the welding rod into the welding sleeve and use the SDD450 HYDRAULIC HDPE PE Fusion Welding Machine to perform hot melt welding operations. The temperature, time, pressure and other parameters of hot melt welding need to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material to ensure welding quality.
Step 5: Cool down
After the welding operation is completed, cooling treatment is required to fully solidify the welding area and achieve the ideal welding effect. After welding is completed, use a cleaning agent to clean the welding area to remove impurities such as welding slag.
