When our SDD315 Thermofusion Butt Fusion welds pipes with a data logger, the welding process is semi-automatic, with continuous repetition of the welding cycle and automatic control of preset parameters. Up to 1000 welding cycles can be stored and aggregated into an encrypted EXCEL file.

Feature

1. The special design of the separation device: after the heating stage, the melted tube end is broken off the heating plate;

2. Safety switch: If the Hdpe butt welding machine is not set in the operating position, the trimmer will not be started;

3. Mechanical lock: prevent the trimmer from disengaging during operation;

4. Removable heating plate: high quality non-stick PTFE coating, including digital temperature controller (manufactured by DuPont);

5. The surface temperature difference of the heating plate is small, and the heating is uniform (+5°С degree);
