Working Principle
Clamp & Alignment: Fix two pipe sections on the aluminum carriage, trim uneven pipe end faces with electric milling cutter to guarantee parallel contact;
Constant Temperature Heating: Put PTFE non-stick heating plate between pipe ends, heat to standard fusion temperature (210–230℃ for HDPE) to soften pipe surfaces evenly;
Pressure Fusion: Remove heating plate instantly, push two pipes together under stable hydraulic pressure, keep holding for soaking time;
Cooling Forming: Maintain pressure until fully cooled, obtain smooth, high-strength fusion bead without extra gaskets or glue.
Key Operating Points
Cut the pipe end neatly, with an error ≤0.5mm.
Clean the heating plate and pipe end, ensuring they are free of oil and dust.
Strictly follow the welding process parameters (temperature, pressure, time).
Do not move the pipe during cooling.
Record the welding parameters (automatically saved for fully automatic models).
