1. Convenience of electric welding machine transportation
Since the electric welding machine is mainly used for on-site construction, it must be moved around. Of course, the lighter the weight, the better. Generally, the weight of imported phase-controlled electric fusion welding machine is more than 17KG, many domestic welding machines are between 20-40KG, and the inverter type electric fusion welding machine is only about 10KG. Obviously, the inverter type electric welding machine should be the first choice.
2. Ease of operation
Two points must be considered:
a) Full Chinese menu
On-site operators are generally not familiar with English. Imported welding machines have all English interfaces, which can be difficult for an ordinary operator. Therefore, for the convenience of on-site operators, electrofusion welders with full Chinese menus should be preferred.
b) The simpler the operation, the better
As mentioned above, on-site operators not only have difficulty in English, but also have difficulty in operating complex computer systems. If the operating procedures of the electrofusion welding machine are too complicated, it will also be a headache for them. In this sense, a fully automatic electric welding machine with simple operation should be preferred.
