Product description
The CNC saddle welding machine consists of a plasma cutting head and a MIG welding head. After opening a hole in the pipe, the machine will continue to weld the saddle and coupling.

Feature
1. The pipe cutting and welding switch mechanisms are respectively controlled by programs to achieve power-driven switching between cutting and welding.
2. The machine has the function of positioning the cutting position.
3. The rotating shaft box is driven by an air cylinder and reaches the fast lifting switch under the guidance of the guide rail, which saves time and improves efficiency.
4. Move the motor up and down to form an intersecting line track to complete cutting and welding the pipe.
5. The pipeline conveyor is an automatic transmission mechanism. The motor drives the conveyor to achieve different positions for cutting and welding the pipe.
