Cleaning
1. Daily cleaning: After each use, wipe the heating plate, clamps and other parts with a clean soft cloth while the equipment is still warm to remove plastic chips and stains remaining on the surface. For stubborn stains, a small amount of special detergent can be used to wipe, but avoid contact between the detergent and the electronic components and circuits of the equipment.
2. Deep cleaning: Clean the equipment thoroughly regularly (such as weekly or monthly). In addition to wiping the external parts, it is also necessary to open the equipment casing (when the power is off and safety is ensured), and use compressed air or a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris inside to prevent dust accumulation from affecting the heat dissipation and normal operation of the equipment.
Component inspection
1. Mechanical parts: Regularly check the wear of mechanical parts such as clamps, guide rails, and lead screws to ensure that they are flexible in movement and accurate in positioning. If the parts are found to be loose, deformed or severely worn, they should be tightened, corrected or replaced in time. At the same time, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to each mechanical moving part to reduce friction and extend service life.
2. Electrical components: Check whether the wire connection is firm, whether there is any damage or aging, and whether the plug and socket are in good contact. Check whether the resistance value of the heating element is within the normal range. If the heating element is found to be damaged or unevenly heated, it should be replaced in time. In addition, it is necessary to check the working status of electrical components such as temperature sensors and pressure sensors to ensure accurate measurement and timely feedback.
Replacement of wearing parts
1. Heating plate: The heating plate is a key component of the plastic butt welding machine. After long-term use, the surface may be worn, scratched or deformed, affecting the heating effect and welding quality. When the surface flatness error of the heating plate exceeds the specified range or is seriously damaged, a new heating plate should be replaced in time.
2. Electrode: For welding machines using electrode heating, the electrode will gradually wear during use, resulting in unstable arc or decreased heating power. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the wear of the electrode. When the electrode is worn to a certain extent, it needs to be replaced in time to ensure the welding effect.
Parameter calibration
1. Regularly calibrate the temperature, pressure, time and other parameters of the welding machine to ensure that the equipment can operate accurately according to the set parameters. The temperature sensor and pressure sensor can be calibrated with professional calibration instruments, and the accuracy of the parameters can also be verified by comparing them with standard samples. If the parameter deviation is found to be beyond the allowable range, it should be adjusted or repaired in time to ensure the stability of the welding quality.
