I. Cleaning and Inspection
After each use: Thoroughly clean the heating plate and milling cutter, which come into contact with the pipe, to prevent oil and debris from affecting the welding process.
Regular inspection: Check for damage to cables and air hoses, and for oil leaks in the hydraulic lines.
II. Hydraulic System Maintenance
Oil level and quality: Change the hydraulic oil promptly if it becomes cloudy or discolored. Remember to clean the oil tank regularly.
Sealing: Replace seals immediately if leaks are found.
III. Electrical System Maintenance
Wiring inspection: Ensure proper grounding and insulation.
Power supply matching: Ensure the plug is securely inserted and prevent the power cord from being crushed.
IV. Operational Safety
Protective equipment: Work clothes, safety helmet, and safety glasses are all essential.
Environmental requirements: Keep the work area dry and prevent water or liquids from entering the machine.
V. Storage and Maintenance
Storage environment: Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. Wrap the heating plate and milling cutter properly.
Regular maintenance: Apply grease to components such as guide rails and lead screws according to the instruction manual.
