4. All items in contact with the welding surface must be clean, the welding surface must be clean and dry before welding, and the parts to be welded must be free of damage, impurities, and dirt.
5. To ensure the continuity of the welding process, sufficient natural cooling should be carried out after the welding is completed to eliminate its internal stress.
6. There should be detailed original welding records for each welding joint during welding. The original welding records should at least include weather conditions, ambient temperature, welder code, welding joint number, pipe specification type, welding pressure, drag pressure, pressurization time, Heating plate temperature, switching time, endothermic time, cooling time, etc.
7. It is strictly forbidden to increase or decrease the fuse in the fuse of the welding machine without permission.
8. During the use of the PE automatic hot-melt welding machine, the operation status of the equipment should be observed at any time. If there is abnormal noise or overheating, it should be stopped immediately.
