1. Daily cleaning:
After each use, the dust, debris and PE material debris on the surface of the welding machine should be cleaned in time. For the heating plate of the hot melt welding machine, you can use a clean soft cloth to gently wipe it after cooling to avoid scratching the surface of the heating plate. For the main unit and connecting cable of the electric fusion welding machine, keep them clean and dry to prevent dust and moisture from entering the interior.
2. Regular inspection:
Regularly check the various components of the welding machine, including heating elements, temperature sensors, milling cutter devices, fixture systems, power modules, connecting cables, etc. Check whether the heating elements are damaged or aging, whether the accuracy of the temperature sensor meets the requirements, whether the blade of the milling cutter device needs to be replaced, whether the clamping force of the fixture system is normal, whether the output of the power module is stable, whether the insulation performance of the connecting cable is good, etc.
For the heating plate of the hot melt welding machine, the temperature should be calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy of the heating temperature. Professional temperature calibration equipment can be used for calibration. The calibration cycle is generally 3-6 months. The specific time is determined according to factors such as the frequency of use and environment of the welding machine.
3. Parts replacement: When the parts of the welding machine are damaged or their performance deteriorates, they should be replaced in time. For example, when the milling cutter blade of the hot melt welding machine is severely worn, it will affect the milling quality of the pipe end face. At this time, a new milling cutter blade should be replaced. For the connecting cable of the electric fusion welding machine, if it is found to be damaged or the insulation performance is deteriorated, a new cable should be replaced to ensure the safety and stability of the welding process.
