1. Basic External Fault Repair: First, replace the blown fuse with one of the same specifications, repair damaged power cords, reconnect power correctly, confirm that the input voltage matches the equipment's rated value, correct the three-phase power sequence, and connect a qualified grounding wire.
2. Internal Component Replacement and Repair: After disassembly, inspect and locate damaged rectifier bridges, filter capacitors, power chips, etc. Replace with parts of the same model and specifications, clean corrosion stains on the circuit board, and resolder loose or poorly soldered pins.
3. Heat Dissipation and Aging Repair: Replace any stopped cooling fans, clean dust from the heatsink, and reapply thermal grease to the power components to prevent overheating and repeated component damage.
4. Control Logic Repair: If the power control program is malfunctioning, re-flash the matching firmware program, calibrate the power output parameters, and ensure that the output voltage and current are stable within the rated range.
