I. Daily Maintenance
1. Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the PE residue from the machine frame, milling cutter head, and hydraulic oil pipe joints daily, and protect exposed joints with dust caps.
Blow out the radiator and vents weekly with compressed air (power off). Avoid scratching the PTFE coating on the heating plate with hard objects.
2. Inspection of Key Components
Check the insulation of the power cord and the grounding wire daily. Measure the insulation resistance monthly (must be >25MΩ).
Check the milling cutter for wear weekly; replace if wear exceeds 0.5mm.
II. Periodic Maintenance
1. Lubrication and Calibration
Apply NLGI No. 2 high-temperature grease to the transmission gears monthly, and lubricate the guide rails (molybdenum disulfide) quarterly.
Return to the factory for calibration every 12 months: Check the temperature uniformity of the heating plate, the pressure system, and the machine frame displacement accuracy.
2. Hydraulic System Maintenance
Replace the hydraulic oil every six months and check the oil pipe seals to prevent leaks that could cause pressure instability. Before long-term outages, drain the hydraulic oil to prevent deposits and corrosion.
III. Safety and Storage
1. Operating Instructions
Before maintenance, follow the "three disconnects" principle: disconnect the power supply, disconnect the air supply, and allow the equipment to cool to below 40°C.
Wear AC1000V pressure-resistant gloves during operation. Flammable materials are prohibited within 5 meters of the work area.
2. Storage Conditions
Store in a temperature range of -10°C to 40°C, humidity <90%, and away from acidic and alkaline substances.
After long-term outages, perform regular power-on tests (recommended monthly).
IV. Data Management
Print and back up data to a USB flash drive after each welding session. Clear system memory regularly to avoid lags.
Create a spare parts list (such as milling cutters and seals) and purchase them in advance according to wear cycles.
