SDG450 workshop fitting machine hdpe pipe fitting suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° and 60 °) fittings of PE PP PVDF in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting and make an integrated fitting.

Heating Plate
1. Adopts imported Japanese Teflon coating processed through double-layer coating and three-step fabrication.
2. Thickened solid-core design avoids pipe sticking while ensuring homogeneous heat distribution; aviation-style wiring safeguards stable and safe power contact.
3. Our heating plate is 5mm thicker than ordinary counterparts from competing factories, boasting outstanding heat storage and heat conduction performance.

Hydraulic System
1. Control panel integrates timer, pressure gauge, temperature controller and alert device for easy monitoring and higher welding efficiency.
2. CE-approved temperature controllers and pressure valves feature fine regulating precision of 0.01%.
3. Hydraulic power unit comes with built-in accumulator to automatically top up pressure and minimize repeated manual pressurizing work.

Milling Cutter
1. High-performance milling assembly with polished cutter head and high-concentricity motor delivers flawless trimming results.
2. Fitted with genuine Bosch high-power drive motor for stable operation free from slipping.
3. A safety limit switch is fitted: the cutter only spins after being fixed onto the rack to avoid unintended injuries.
