Product composition
This machine usually consists of the following parts: a support frame to hold the pipes in place; a heating plate to heat the ends of the pipes; a hydraulic system to apply pressure to butt the pipes together; and a control panel. Used to set heating temperature and pressure parameters.

Work steps
First, the operator places the pipe on a support frame and places the pipe ends on the heating plate. Then, set the heating temperature and pressure parameters through the control panel. Once the heating plate reaches the desired temperature, a hydraulic system applies pressure to butt the pipes together. Finally, after the pipe has cooled and solidified, the operator can remove the pipe and proceed to the next step of the process.
