Product Description
The main parts of Plastic Pipe Butt Fusion Welding Machine adopt fully automatic aluminum casting process. It is lighter, stronger and smoother than machines made by sand casting and steel mold technology. Using electrostatic spraying technology, the color is bright, the surface is smooth, and it is not easy to damage. The main parts of the hydraulic station are imported from abroad, which reduces maintenance and prolongs the service life of the hydraulic station
Product composition
-Body with bearing frame, four clamps and two hydraulic thrust cylinders with non-drip quick couplings and steel inserts.
-A removable heating plate with a separate thermometer for reading the working temperature.
-Withdrawable electric control milling cutter.
-Electro-hydraulic gearbox with clamping opening and closing lever.
-Milling cutter/heating plate holder.
Special reminder
1. This machine is used for welding PE, PP, PVDF pipes, and must not be used for welding without materials, otherwise it may damage the machine or cause an accident.
2. Do not use the machine in a place where there is a risk of explosion
3. The machine should be operated by responsible, qualified and trained personnel
4. The machine should be operated in a dry place. When using in rain or on damp ground, protective measures should be taken.
5. The working voltage of this machine is 220v±10%, 50Hz. If an extension cord is used, there should be enough lead segments according to its length.
