Basic Frame

The basic frame support the plastic pipes or fittings by two fixed and two movable clamps. Using the hydraulic pressure on the system, the two pistons on the carrying metal bars move the clamps forward and backward and supply the necessary movement for the welding process. A heating plate separator is installed on the basic frame, after the heating plate heats the pipe, the heating plate and the pipe can be separated well.

Hydraulic Unit

Connect the hydraulic unit with the main frame to provide power for the welding of the connecting pipe or fittings. The hydraulic unit can be connected to the data logger. It is completely researched and manufactured in Thailand and exported to all the world,which keeps our data logger have the highest quality and best service in the same industry. The oil circuit module in the hydraulic unit is made of aluminum, which is corrosion resistant, light in weight and long in circulation

Heating Plate

The pipe ends will be heated by this heater before the welding process. The setting of the heater will be done by the thermostaton the plates. PF315 butt welding machine adopts PTFE-coated heating element imported from Japan, the Daikin brand, with uniform surface temperature. The heating plate is connected to the sensor of PT100, which can be directly connected to the data logger.Socket Connector: Hualun brand. High-quality material, insulation and flame retardant, CE certification, can quickly connect the interface (others use the connector which internal plug is threaded, can not be quickly connected, and is easy to damage)

Planning Tool

The planning Tool is the tool which clean and smooth the both ends of the pipes before the heating process. There is an emergency stop switch on the planning tool. If a wrong operation occurs during construction, the emergency stop switch can be directly used to stop the operation. The planning tools are driven by gears to avoid chain breaks when milling thick pipes. PF1000 butt welding machine is designed for self aligning facer always produces parallel pipe faces. Connect the planning tool and the electric unit with the hualun brand plug (with CE certificate), which is easy to operate and not easy to wear.
