Hydraulic HDPE Plastic Pipe Welding Machine is a piece of equipment used to weld high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic pipes. It adopts a hydraulic system, has strong welding ability and stability, and can be used to connect different parts of HDPE pipes.
Product composition
This kind of welding machine usually consists of a host machine, a heating plate and a hydraulic system. The main machine is the core part of the welding process. It heats the pipes at both ends of the welded joint to the appropriate temperature through the heating plate. The hydraulic system is used to apply sufficient pressure to ensure that the pipe joints maintain a stable connection during the heating and cooling process.
Working principle
When using the Hydraulic HDPE Plastic Pipe Welding Machine for welding, first clean the ends of the pipes that need to be connected and make sure they are in the correct position. Then, place the pipe between the heating plates so that they are in contact with the heating plates. The hydraulic system will apply enough pressure to heat the pipe joint on the heating plate for a period of time. Once the desired temperature is reached, the heating plate is removed and the pipe joints cool, creating a strong welded connection.

The necessary electric will be transferee! to the heater and milling cutter by means of this unit and to the main machine by the hydraulic pressure.
Connect the hydraulic unit with the main frame to provide power for the welding of the connecting pipe or fittings.

The oil circuit module in the hydraulic unit is made of aluminum, which is corrosion resistant, light in weight and long in circulation.
