Working principle

The two surfaces are heated to a specified temperature, and then pressure is applied to fuse them together. This pressure causes the metal covering material to flow, causing it to mix and fuse together. When the polyethylene pipe is heated, its molecular structure will change from a crystalline state to an amorphous state. When pressure is applied, the molecules at the end of each tube fuse together. When the connection is cooled, the molecules return to a crystalline state, the initial interface disappears, and the two tubes become one tube of the same nature. The resulting pipe joint will be as strong or stronger than the two pipes themselves.
