1. Temperature measuring instrument
Such as an infrared thermometer or a thermocouple thermometer, used to measure the actual temperature of the heating plate to calibrate the temperature setting.
2. Pressure measuring instrument
Such as a pressure sensor or a pressure gauge, used to calibrate the pressure applied to pipes and fittings.
3. Timer
Accurate electronic timer or stopwatch, used to calibrate welding time and cooling time.
4. Standard test piece
Test pieces of pipes and fittings that meet relevant standards, used for actual welding tests and comparisons.
5. Calibration software (if available)
Some socket fusion welding machines may be equipped with dedicated calibration software for parameter calibration and adjustment via a computer.
6. Tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches
Used to remove and install parts that may need adjustment.
7. Cleaning supplies
Such as clean rags, detergents, etc., used to clean the heating plate and contact surfaces of the welding machine.
8. Lubricating oil
Used to lubricate moving parts and mechanical structures.
9. Marking pen or label
Used to mark parameters and status before and after calibration.
10. Recording form and pen
Used to record the measurement data, adjustment parameters and calibration results during the calibration process.
