1. Storage environment
Dry ventilation: The equipment should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated indoor environment to avoid moisture and water accumulation. A humid environment may cause electrical components to get damp, rust, and even cause a short circuit.
Avoid high temperature: The storage environment temperature should be kept between 5℃~40℃ to avoid aging or deformation of equipment components caused by high temperature environment.
Dust and sun protection: Avoid direct sunlight and dust accumulation. Dust may enter the inside of the equipment and affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system and electrical components.
Stay away from corrosive gases: The storage location should be away from chemicals and corrosive gases to prevent the equipment from being corroded.
2. Equipment status
Clean equipment: Before storage, thoroughly clean the surface of the equipment, heating plate, milling cutter and fixture to remove dust, oil and welding residues.
Lubricate parts: Lubricate the slide rails, transmission parts, etc. of the equipment to prevent rust and jamming.
Check the hydraulic oil: Make sure the hydraulic oil is sufficient and clean. If the storage time is long, it is recommended to replace the new hydraulic oil.
Check the power cord: Store the power cord properly to avoid damage. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it is recommended to unplug the power plug.
Cover the protective cover: Cover the equipment with a dust cover to prevent dust and debris from entering.
3. Storage method
Place it steadily: Place the equipment on a flat and stable ground to avoid tilting or shaking.
Avoid heavy objects: Do not stack heavy objects on the equipment to prevent deformation or damage to the equipment.
Disassemble wearing parts: If the storage time is long, it is recommended to disassemble wearing parts such as heating plates and milling cutters and store them separately to prevent deformation or damage.
4. Regular inspection
Monthly inspection: Even if the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be inspected once a month, including the appearance of the equipment, hydraulic oil level, electrical connection, etc.
Power-on test: Perform a power-on test every 3 months, run the equipment for a few minutes, check whether it is working properly, and ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
5. Precautions
Storage records: Record the storage time, inspection status and maintenance records of the equipment for subsequent management.
Professional storage: If storage conditions are limited, it is recommended to store the equipment in a professional warehouse or equipment storage point to ensure the safety of the equipment.
